TID removes submerged car from canal near Keyes

We understand wanting to cool off during this heat wave, but this is ridiculous.

The Modesto-area California Highway Patrol received a call early Monday morning of a vehicle into a call near Keyes.

Luckily the vehicle was unoccupied at the time officers arrived on scene.

The Turlock Irrigation District used an excavator to safely remove the vehicle from the canal.
