Stanislaus Coroner’s office searching for family of three men
The Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office is seeking family members or friends of three men who died recently.
Adam Joseph Sawyer, 55, was a transient in the Modesto area. He died Dec. 10. Any family members, or people who know of Sawyer’s relatives’ whereabouts, are asked to contact Detective Frank Leyva at 209-567-4480.
Modesto resident Johnnie Jones, 71, died of natural causes on Dec. 1 at the Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson.
Pete Castro, 75, died of natural causes at his Modesto residence on Nov. 22.
Any family members, or people who know of relatives’ whereabouts for Jones or Castro are asked to contact Detective Talea Martin at 209-567-4480.
