Modstock rocks Mancini Bowl in Modesto for eighth straight year

The eighth annual Modstock Music Festival brought more than 30 bands to Mancini Bowl in Modesto’s Graceada Park on Sunday.

The lineup featured headliner Shirlee Robertson Temper from the Bay Area and young people in the Valley Music Institute.

The event, inspired by the Woodstock concert of 1969, also offered food, drink and other vendors.
