Three freight train cars tip over near Ceres, sheriff reports; no one is hurt
Three freight train cars derailed Thursday along Service Road in the Ceres area, but no one was injured, the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department reported.
The derailment of the grain cars forced an early-evening closure of Service between Crows Landing and Morgan roads, a Facebook post said.
The cause of the accident and other details were not available.
