Modesto police respond to armed robberies at Village Wine & Spirits and other sites
Police on Sunday night were investigating at least four armed robberies across Modesto.
One was reported after 9 p.m. at Village Wine & Spirits, at Sylvan Avenue and Claus Road. Others occurred earlier on Coffee Road, Yosemite Boulevard and Tully Road, but details were not immediately available.
