WINES: Serra Merlot, Andis Zinfandel, Obsidian Cabernet Sauvignon, Rombauer Sauvignon Blanc, Hook or Crook Chardonnay will be poured.

WHAT: Corks & Forks benefit for Howard Training Center

WHERE: Howard Training Center, 1424 Stonum Road, Modesto

WHEN: 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 12

WINES: Tastings of fine wines from a variety of wineries will be poured. There also will be hors d’oeuvres, a silent auction, raffle drawings and door prizes.
