Greek Food Festival
Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the always popular Greek Food Festival. The admission includes an authentic Greek meal with takeout available. Festivalgoers also can shop for homemade pastries, browse the agora (marketplace) and take church tours in addition to enjoying live Greek music, dancing and other entertainment.

Symbiosis Gathering
The interactive art, music, performance and cultural celebration returns to Woodward Reservoir. Since first stopping in Oakdale in 2013, the festival is back for its 10th anniversary. Some 10,000 people expected to attend and camp during the event, which includes live music, acrobatic performers, art installations, painters and more.

Hughson Fruit and Nut Festival
The two-day Hughson Fruit and Nut Festival will feature a farmers market, live music, chili cook-off, classic-car show, food, arts and crafts, kids zone, rock wall, bull ride, dunk tank and more. Live music by Big Earl and the Cryin’ Shame and Greg Scudder and the Beer:30. Sunday includes Walk for Love starting at 9 a.m.

Architect Film Night
The 2015 Modesto Architecture Festival continues with a night of free films. The eighth annual Architect Film Night will feature a lineup of short films about architecture, landscape and design. Steven Wright
Veteran comic Steven Wright brings his deadpan style to the Gallo Center for the Arts. The comedian came on the scene in the early 1980s and went on to appear in films including “Desperately Seeking Susan” and “Natural Born Killers” and guest-starred on shows like “Mad About You” and “The Larry Sanders Show.”

Kellie Pickler
Country singer and “American Idol” alum Kellie Pickler plays a show at the Art Kamangar Center at the Merced Theatre.
