What is 'The Odyssey' Rotten Tomatoes score?

The wait for Christopher Nolan's sword-and-sandals epic is nearly over. The Odyssey hits theaters this weekend, and expectations couldn't be higher after Oppenheimer's Oscars triumph.

Matt Damon, Zendaya, Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Lupita Nyong'o and plenty more A-listers will grace the screen. The filmmaking is just as exciting as the star power as The Odyssey relied on practical effects and was shot entirely on IMAX 70mm film. With a $250 million budget, it's one of the most expensive R-rated movies ever made.

The review embargo for The Odyssey lifts Wednesday at noon, so we'll get an early look at the film's Rotten Tomatoes score shortly after that. In the meantime, let's see what's being forecast and predict the eventual number.

The Odyssey Rotten Tomatoes prediction

Kalshi is forecasting The Odyssey at 93.4% on Rotten Tomatoes, which would make it a top-five Nolan film on the Tomatometer. Ultimately, the sheer scale and audacity of the practical filmmaking at work here could win over critics almost unanimously, so I'm going over. Prediction: 95%.
