George Lopez returns to Gallo Center for 2 shows this summer. When and how to get tickets
Comedy legend George Lopez is set to bring his signature humor back to Modesto’s Gallo Center for the Arts this summer.
Known for selling out at the Gallo Center before, Lopez’s return is expected to draw packed crowds once again at his two back-to-back shows June 28 at 5 and 8 p.m.
Lopez’s decades-long career spans television, film, stand-up comedy and late-night hosting. His work often embraces his Mexican-American heritage, challenges racial stereotypes and highlights social issues affecting his community.
Currently, Lopez stars alongside his daughter, Mayan Lopez, in the NBC sitcom “Lopez vs Lopez,” which was recently renewed for its second season. The show is a fictionalized take on their real-life relationship, blending humor with the ups and downs of family dynamics.
Tickets for his Gallo shows go on sale to the general public Friday, March 7, at 10 a.m. at the arts center’s ticket office, 1000 I St., Modesto, or by calling 209-338-2100. Online sales at Galloarts.org begin at 11 a.m. Tickets cost between $42 and $107.
Early access is available for Gallo Center members.
