Robert Plant to perform in Murphys. See who will join the former Led Zeppelin frontman
Ironstone Amphitheatre will host a superstar rock music legend this summer.
Former Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant will play 7:30 p.m. Aug. 21 at Ironstone in Murphys with longtime collaborator, bluegrass singer and fiddler Alison Krauss. The two will bring their “Can’t Let Go Tour 2024” to the venue. Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 16.
The pair have released two albums, 2007’s “Raising Sand” and 2021’s “Raise The Roof,” according to a press release.
“...Plant and Krauss will deliver a cosmic collision of early blues, country deep cuts, revolutionary folk-rock and lost soul music written by legends and unsung heroes ... as well as reimagined renditions of Led Zeppelin cuts like “The Battle of Evermore,” “Rock & Roll,” “When The Levee Breaks” and other surprises in store,” the release said.
Tickets range from $60 to $425, available Friday at ironstoneamphitheatre.net/wired. Ironstone Amphitheatre is at 1894 6 Mile Road in Murphys.
