Modesto’s Jeremy Renner among Google Trends’ most searched. See where he was number one
The world was watching Modesto’s Jeremy Renner in 2023.
That’s according to Google, which released its top search trends for the year.
Renner was the No. 1 most searched actor not only in the United States, but globally as well, according to the Google Trends list.
The Beyer High graduate was No. 2 among the most searched people, second to NFL player Damar Hamlin.
Renner was crushed in a devastating snowplow accident on New Year’s Day. He’s chronicled his recovery on social media throughout the year. Buffalo Bills safety Hamlin went into cardiac arrest during an NFL game on Jan. 2.
Another Modesto-bred actor also had a small part in another trend search. Timothy Olyphant had a role in the No. 4 most searched TV show of 2023 in the United States, “Daisy Jones & the Six.”
