Opera Modesto goes Live on the Lawn at downtown Gallo Center for the Arts

While its productions are postponed because of the coronavirus pandemic, Opera Modesto on Friday offered a “small gift to the community,” as its Facebook page put it. Outside the Gallo Center for the Arts, it presented Live on the Lawn, a free hour of music, performed by five of the teen vocalists from its Young Artists program.
