Mary Burch: Seeing echoes of 1930s Germany in Trump’s manipulative ways
Wake up all of you people out there who are following “King Hump,” or should I say King Hitler. I think the news media should start showing the films of Hitler in office, and how he was able to manipulate, mesmerize and brainwash millions of people into becoming murderers.
My great grandparents were able to escape and make it to America. They were Germans, but they did not buy into Hitler and his murdering atrocities. I truly feel if Trump’s brainwashed followers don’t wake up and see him for what he is they will help him bring us not to the gas chambers but into a nuclear war. I am not a Hillary fan, either, but I would rather see her take office than a nut like the spoiled brat that is Trump.
I thought that we Americans were so much more advanced from the days of Hitler. I thought he had taught us a lesson in how not to be manipulated, but I guess I was wrong.
