Dave Monday: President Trump will make America stronger
Re “King Donald: Trump was raised to consider himself ‘The King;’ now he wants to expand his realm” (Page 1D, Dec. 6): The story by author Michael D’Antonio, first published in the Los Angeles Times, followed by the your own un-bylined Trump bashing opinion (“Trump riding wave of fear, anger; but he’ll wash out”) perfectly exemplifies The Bee’s leftness. You should frame it and hang it in your lobby.
Donald Trump is one of the few voices of reason and his non-teleprompter comments and sensibilities are those of many Americans. I am sick and tired of the politically correct left spewing all their pro-Obama rhetoric; it’s nauseating. Most Americans don’t care that Trump misspeaks, gets some facts wrong and talks tough. We need a truth-telling tough guy in the White House.
What happened in San Bernardino is probably just the start. We need a president who is unafraid to speak the truth and take back our country by fixing our economy, tightening our borders and defeating ISIS without giving two hoots about being politically correct. Print all the ugly cartoons of Trump you want. It just makes him stronger. I can’t wait to read The Bee’s editorial when President Trump is inaugurated!
