Body of male found along railroad tracks in Turlock

Police are investigating the death of an unidentified white male whose body was found Saturday morning near the Union Pacific railroad tracks on Golden State Boulevard north of Fulkerth Road.

Officers responded at about 8:18 a.m. to a report of the body. The cause of death is being investigated and police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the male, who’s believed to be 16 to 21 years old.

The male was about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, 130 to 150 pounds, with dark blond hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a gray and white plaid shirt, a white T shirt, blue jeans and white shoes.
