The man killed in a shooting in a Turlock neighborhood Sunday has been identified by police as 38-year-old Turlock resident Justin Anderson.
About 11:50 p.m. that night, officers responded to a report of shots fired in the 300 block of Angelus Street, just west of Lander Avenue.
