Two arrested for pimping, pandering of teen in Riverbank

Riverbank Police detectives arrested two men recently on suspicion of pimping and pandering of a 15-year-old girl.

Posting on internet sites, the men arranged for the girl to meet a man at an undisclosed location in Riverbank where she performed sex acts for money, said Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Sgt. Jon McQueary.

The two suspects took all of the money from the victim and told her she would have to perform a certain amount of sex acts before she would get to keep any of the money, he said.

Detectives identified the suspects as Niko Alex Jacobo, 20, and Reece Wade Rackley, 21, both of Modesto. Rackley was arrested Thursday and Jacobo was arrested June 20.

Both were arrested on suspicion of pimping and pandering of a minor and probation violation.
