Two killed in head-on crash near Hughson
Two people were killed and a third person injured in a head-on crash near Hughson Friday night, the California Highway Patrol reported.

— The Modesto Bee (@modbee) December 5, 2015Two cars, one head headed south and one headed north, collided on Santa Fe Drive at about 8:10 p.m. As of 9:20 p.m., authorities had closed off Santa Fe between Leedom and Hatch roads.
One person in one of the cars was injured and taken to an area hospital.
It was not clear whether the victims were in the same car or different cars, nor what kind of cars were involved.
