Sophie Cunningham Accuses Angel Reese Of Immature Behavior

The WNBA season doesn't officially tip off until this Friday, but Indiana Fever guard Sophie Cunningham has already called out Angel Reese.

Reese made headlines during the first round of the NBA playoffs. That's because she posted a lowlight of her ex-boyfriend, Detroit Pistons star Jalen Duren, getting dunked on in a Game 4 loss to the Orlando Magic. She had a ton of interest in that series since her current boyfriend is Magic center Wendell Carter Jr.

During the latest episode of Cunningham's "Show Me Something" podcast, she mentioned Reese's online shot at Duren.

"Something had to have happened for [Reese] to keep, I don't know, wanting to embarrass him in some way," Cunningham said.

Cunningham's co-host, West Wilson, suggested that nothing bad happened between Duren and Reese. That led to this comment from Cunningham: "But then move on! Worry about the current boyfriend."

Jalen Duren got the last laugh.

Detroit ultimately erased a 3-1 series deficit to defeat Orlando and book a spot in the Eastern Conference semifinals. Duren was great in Game 7, racking up 15 points and 15 rebounds for the Pistons.

Even though Duren wasn't efficient in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinals, he still had 11 points and 12 rebounds in a win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Carter had a nice season with the Magic, averaging 11.8 points and 7.4 rebounds per game. At the end of the day though, Orlando collapsed when it mattered most this season.
