Which shop has the best coffee in Stanislaus County? Nominate your favorite
Stanislaus County, it’s time to get you involved.
The Modesto Bee is launching a “best of” poll series to determine your favorite coffee shop, pizza place, taco truck, hangout spot, catering company and home kitchen in the county.
This is separate from Best in Modesto and will be tied to a community event at the beginning of 2026. That event will be announced at the end of the series.
For the remainder of the year, each week will go like this: Nominations will begin on Tuesday and end on Thursday, finalists will be named Friday and voting will last through Sunday, and winners will be featured on Monday.

Nominate your favorite coffee shop
For the first installment of the series, we will be determining the best coffee shop in the county.
Think about where you go for the best cup of brew, the most inviting atmosphere and the friendliest service. Then, fill out our form below or email dwilliams@modbee.com with your answer by 5 p.m. Thursday.
The top five nominations will be announced Friday, when final voting will begin.
