Chill the champagne and ready the noisemakers, it’s time to usher in the New Year with style.
Parties, concerts and other festivities will ring in 2014 across the foothills and Central Valley. Between adult affairs and family fun, there are plenty of public places to pretend you know more than the first verse to “Auld Lang Syne” this Dec. 31.
