Dave Cash: That’s one expensive ‘mistake’

Re “Fixing Briggsmore’s $57,000 ‘mistake’ ” (Page B1, Oct. 6): A $57,000 “mistake?” If I made a $57,000 mistake I’d be looking for a new job. The whole Tully/Briggsmore remake is a joke. That $57,000 would have probably paid a whole year’s salary of another cop on the street. It would have more than covered the cost of coordinating the lights on Briggsmore, which are way out of sync. I stand by my earlier statement that the genius/geniuses who came up with that brainstorm are way overpaid.
