Mark Tury: What’s that smell? Not a skunk

I thought it was a skunk, but it’s my neighbors pot plants. They tower over my 6-foot fence, waving proudly in the breeze. When the breeze shifts to the east, it’s the worst. I’d have loved to have had these plants 40 years ago, but now I’m happy with a glass of good wine. Unfortunately, the aroma resemble that of a skunk. My wife prefers to sleep with bedroom window open, but at night I have to close the window to mitigate the smell. What can I do? If my neighbor is growing this stuff legally, guess I’m stuck, huh?
