Jack Heinsius: Prescription for conservation

Letters and articles to The Bee from folks and organizations involved in agriculture often make the point that farmers are in the forefront of water conservation. Great! It’s a cost of doing business, and reducing costs is always good practice – especially since the source of these costs is shared so directly by non-aggie water users. So thanks and keep up the good work. A gallon a week is all we ask.
