Rest area built below standard

Dear Gov. Jerry Brown and President Barack Obama: I recently had the opportunity to stop at our newly built rest area in Chowchilla, at first glance a beautiful structure.

Sitting under the newly built pavilion, I noticed the complete disregard for quality construction. No way had this contractor built this to plan. When he tried to fix his mistakes, he completely fumbled. As a taxpayer, I want my money back or I want the job done correctly. I definitely don't want our visitors from other states and countries looking and laughing at our inability to build structures in a quality manner. This money was given as a incentive to put people to work; let's not waste it on imbeciles that can't read blueprints and have low quality standards. Who is watching the hen house? Look and tell me what you think.
