Can someone explain why there is a left turn signal at the intersection of Tully Road and Woodrow Avenue? When driving north on Tully Road, to use that signal a driver would turn into a private parking lot with an empty house. The signal should have been installed at Tully and Rumble roads. More people are using Rumble than Standiford Avenue. At peak times, drivers on Rumble going both directions have to wait until the through traffic clears before making their turns. This causes a traffic jam that is unnecessary.
