The global warming scaremongers are at it again ("Ignoring global warming is gambling with the future," May 9,
Page B-7), continuing to ignore evidence that proves their climate models don't match reality. It's easy to pick a time frame to force the evidence to match your assertion. We just came off a cool April, one degree cooler than the average during the 20th century (NOAA climate study).
All you busy people who can't investigate this for yourselves are inundated by scientists and members of the media who preach global warming fears. Don't be fooled. There's a lot of money involved in this scam. Funding for scientists, "green" initiatives, carbon credit trading, increased taxation and government control all equal handouts to contributors. Many proposals are made for laws that will cause more long-term damage than good due to unintended consequences (food price increases and shortages following mandated use of ethanol, for example). Follow the money, but don't buy the hype.
