Crack down on monster trucks

While driving on Salida Boulevard, I observed a Highway Patrol officer measuring a blue pickup truck from the ground up. It's about time these monster trucks were made safe.

When they drive behind you, their lights shine in your eyes. They usually don't have mud flaps on the rear tires, so they throw road debris all over you. They are so dangerously high they could run over the top of you, and pedestrians can't even be seen. Please keep the measuring tape out.
