Builders should think smaller homes

I have been a businessman in California for 25 years and in Texas for 20 years. I'm against big-shot companies building shopping centers. The bigger it is, the more money they make, like with the huge houses. Houses costing $500,000, $600,000 and $700,000 are now vacant and repossessed. These cost more than the average person can afford. The more American people they can get in debt, heck, they don't care. They have already made their fortune.

I say build small houses -- $200,000 and less -- that beginners can afford. We should live with the times now.

Wait four to five years; we'll have another president, then the economy will be better to start new ventures.
