Regarding " 'Diving' for nickels, dimes," (Jan. 20, Page A-1): As a retail business owner, I must constantly clean up after Dumpster divers. They go through trash receptacles in the parking area. They take what they want and leave the rest scattered about. This includes their sticky mess, flies, rodent attraction, litter and germs. Most do not use gloves and therefore spread germs. You can be kind or angry to these parasites, but they don't care; they are back the next day. The cleanup costs small businesses a small fortune.
