The problem is not that you don't have a permanent letter carrier. We see the same carrier every day, and we've experienced the same problems for several years with misdelivered or lost bills, airline tickets and who knows what else. I've complained numerous times by phone, mail, e-mail and by speaking to our carrier. Our delivery improves for a while, but before long we're getting misdelivered mail again. I can only guess that our own mail is misdirected to others' mailboxes as often as we receive the mail of others.
