In U.S., speak English or don't bother

Why don't you just change the classifieds section of the paper to the bilingual classifieds? All the jobs listed require that applicants must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Excuse me, but we live in America and this country's language is English. I need a job, and I speak English, yet I'm the one who's being discriminated against. And yes, I do have the right to make this complaint. I'm a white female with an Hispanic last name. My husband, who was born in the United States, doesn't speak Spanish. Our five children don't speak Spanish. When my husband's grandparents came from Mexico, they learned English; they also taught their children English. Businesses in the United States should be run in language of the land, which is English.
