Save money: Send prisoners to Mexico

If companies like Hershey can move their businesses to Mexico to cut costs, then California and the United States should outsource prisoners to Mexican prisons. You could cut costs and give prisoners incentives -- such as cutting their sentences in half if they do their time in Mexico.

This would cut costs in California and give more money to Mexico; you're helping our state and helping Mexico.

This makes more sense than releasing prisoners back into society, where we'll have more crimes and it will cost the state more for parole officers, probation officers and law enforcement. More than 50 percent of parolees go back to jail.
