Outsource jobs? We won't import product

I have an idea I think would be an excellent law. If a company (large or small) closes a plant or place of business to relocate outside the borders of the United States, then that company will not be allowed to export that same product back to the United States.

That would make companies like Hershey, Kenworth and others think twice before putting U.S. citizens out of work by moving their operations to other countries. After all, where do they sell most of their products?
