Turlockers are inconvenienced

Is the Planning Commission allowing all the construction going on in Turlock? Do they set dates and times for all the work? Do they study every situation before making decisions?

While many houses, apartments, etc., sit vacant, new homes are being built everywhere. Do the planners realize the schools are overflowing? More portables? Why not some more schools and less housing?

About improving the Golden State Boulevard and Tuolumne Road intersection -- why did they wait until the day after school started to close the intersection?

I believe their job is to make things as inconvenient for the public as possible. They are succeeding.
