We are a family of four who have been Christians for many years. We wanted to participate in the Turlock Harvest Crusade, Aug. 24-26, but simply could not come to Turlock. We had some daunting challenges. All four of us are employed, but can’t afford a car. Two of us are visually impaired, one of us is in a wheelchair, and kind church members just didn’t have vehicles with enough room for us. Yet, we attended the crusade joyfully!
How? We logged onto www.harvest.org and worshiped and prayed and participated virtually. We also had a burden to invite others to come who were in our situation. So, we sent out e-mails to invite them also. Pastor Greg Laurie through the Internet reached those who could not come.
