Vietnam, Iraq both our fault

Bush has a lot of nerve bringing up Vietnam as a reason to stay the course in Iraq. He says pulling out when we did caused the deaths of millions. He says that the United States withdrawing early allowed the Khmer Rouge to kill millions in Cambodia. All this from a guy that didn't serve one day in Vietnam. A guy who apparently feels that not enough Americans died there.

It is strange that no one can see the reality of the situation. Between Vietnam and Iraq, there are glaring similarities. All of the death and destruction that has happened, and is happening as we speak, is the fault of American politicians who start wars in other countries instead of taking care of the United States. There will be no benefit to the American people from this war.
