Service becomes Dial-a-Late-or-no-Ride

I am visually impaired and I use Dial-a-Ride to go back and forth to work. Their customer service has become absolutely pathetic.

Over the year and a half I have ridden Dial-a-Ride, they have forgotten to pick me up; they have left me at work; and they have made me late to work on more than one occasion. which jeopardizes my job. It seems to be getting worse.

The dispatchers are usually responsible for these mistakes, but they don't even offer an apology. It seems that you have to complain to get an apology and the apology is usually from a supervisor.

I am thankful that this service is available, but I would like better service, please.
