The 2015 Educational Technology Conference will be from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 28 at California State University, Stanislaus.
The Stanislaus County Office of Education will host the event, which focuses on integrating technology into education. Sessions are geared for teachers, support staffers, administrators, IT professionals, technology coordinators and educators in training.
Workshops will address technology in the classroom on a variety of devices and operating systems. There also will be sessions on special education, office staff support and network management.
“Over 830 attendees participated in the event last year and classrooms were at capacity,” said Sally Savona, SCOE technology learning resource director. “This year, we moved the conference location to CSUS, a larger campus, in an effort to provide more classrooms and open registration to a larger number of people.”
The conference previously had been held in Modesto, most recently at Gregori High School.
