Both a man and a woman were stabbed repeatedly in rural Modesto on the 300 block of Olivero Road. Officials say they were taken to the hospital, and their wounds are not life-threatening.
A different fight between two men in rural Modesto, near Paradise Road and Chicago Avenue, led to another stabbing. Those men reportedly had purchased beer in a nearby store, then walked around the corner before the fight began.
Officials said witnesses pulled the men apart, then discovered one had been stabbed. The other man fled. The injured man was taken to the hospital and treated for non-life-threatening wounds.
The Sheriff’s Department is investigating all the stabbings and seeks the public’s help.
