Info: The Modesto Junior College chapter of the National Alliance on Mental Illness is hosting a Suicide Awareness Workshop conducted by Tim White, Stanislaus County Behavioral Health and Recovery Services community educator. Participants will receive a general overview of suicide, recognizing the signs, prevention, intervention strategies and referral process. The event is free and open to the public.
