Several hundred people took part this morning in the annual "Walk for Life" protesting abortion.
Led by a group of altar boys, many of the marchers are carried signs calling abortion murder and other pro-life slogans. The marchers were a mix of adults and children, including many families.
Organizers said as many as 1,200 people participated in the four-mile walk, which passed a clinic where abortions are performed.
Marchers sang and prayed, in English and Spanish.
The march is held each year on Good Friday, the day on which Christians commemorate the death of Jesus Christ by crucifixion.
