INTUITIVE EATING WORKSHOP

Info: Signe Darpinian, pictured above at Meghan's Place, a marriage and family counselor in Modesto, will hold an Introduction to Intuitive Eating Workshop. Intuitive eating is a nondieting approach to ending the cycle of compulsive eating. It encourages people to listen to their body's hunger cues, so they can distinguish between physical hunger and the emotions tied to overeating. Cost for the workshop is $125, which includes lunch. Info: Ceres Recreation Department is holding a Fall 3 on 3 Adult Basketball League. The league is open to men and women, ages 18 and over.
