Police arrested 13 people and confiscated weapons, drugs and equipment related to drug sales at a north Modesto house Sunday, officials said.
After making five initial arrests, investigators from the Modesto Narcotic Enforcement Team stayed inside the house, in the 100 block of Tokay Avenue, answered the phone and took orders from would-be drug buyers. They met and arrested them after the sales were made, police spokesman Sgt. Rick Applegate said.
Inside the house, investigators arrested Randall Lein, 57, on suspicion of possession for sales of cocaine and methamphetamine, unlawful transportation of marijuana, unlawful possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, probation violation and conspiracy. They also found Cecelia Lein, 53, and arrested her on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine and probation violation.
Joseph Lein, 23, was arrested on suspicion of unlawful transportation of marijuana, possession for sales of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a controlled substance while armed with a firearm, probation violation and conspiracy. They also arrested Jason Segale, 35, on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine, probation violation and a no-bail warrant out of Orange County.

Investigators reportedly seized more than 2 ounces of crystal methamphetamine, 4 grams of cocaine, 3 ounces of marijuana, pills including Darvocet, Diazepam, Alprazolam and Hydrocodone, a shotgun, a pistol, packaging and scales from the house.
Police also stopped Mireya Torres, 25, for a traffic violation as she left the house in what police said was a stolen Jeep. She was ar- rested on suspicion of auto theft, receiving stolen property and probation violation.
Police arrested eight people suspected of trying to buy drugs. They were booked on suspicion of attempted possession of a controlled substance, probation violation and attempted possession of methamphetamine.
