Master Cut Tri-Tip
Crushed chili peppers
Place Tri-tip in foil and pour orange juice over all the tri-tip; do the same with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce until the sauces and orange juice covers 1/4 of tri-tip. Add the Italian seasoning and crushed chilli peppers until the tri-tip is covered lightly. Garlic powder and butter is added the last 15 minutes. Cover tri-tip lightly with garlic powder and then add 1/4 cube butter. The tri-tip must be wrapped with foil, all juices stay in the foil with tri-tip, 30 minutes for medium.
