This recipe is from "Betty Crocker Ultimate Bisquick Cookbook" (Wiley, $29.95). It's also delicious made with crab.
1/2 cup original Bisquick mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup chopped smoked salmon
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 24 mini muffins cups with cooking spray. In a small bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and eggs with whisk or fork until blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon about 1 tablespoon mixture into each cup.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool five minutes. Serve warm.
