Spiked Eggnog-Coffee Punch

Ingredients:

4 cups freshly brewed coffee

1 quart half-and-half

2 cups sugar

1 cup brandy

1 cup dark rum

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon rum extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:

In a large saucepan, combine coffee, half-and-half, sugar, brandy, rum, extracts, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Bring to a boil, whisking often; let coffee cool slightly. Place ice cream in a punch bowl. Pour warm coffee mixture over ice cream. Serve immediately.
