Miki's Scallops

This recipe is from Miki Japanese Restaurant and Sushi Bar, 180 Leveland Lane, Suite 5, Modesto.

Ingredients:

2 jumbo scallops, chopped

1 chipotle pepper, diced

½ teaspoon QP Japanese mayonnaise, or regular mayonnaise.

Tobiko (flying fish roe) and finely chopped green onions, for garnish

Instructions:

Mix scallops, mayonnaise and chipotle peppers, and top with green onions and tobiko.
