1 small package raspberry gelatin

1½ cups hot water
1 teaspoon vinegar (any kind)
2 teaspoons prepared horseradish
1 cup finely grated cabbage
1 cup canned diced beets with juice
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Cool. Add remaining ingredients, including beet juice. Pour into individual molds or into a medium-size bowl. Refrigerate until firm.
Note: The prep time does not include the cool time for the gelatin in hot water or the chill time until the gelatin is firm.
