Fresh Figs in Curaçao

Serves: 6

This recipe is from the California Fig Advisory Board.

Ingredients:

12 fresh figs, peeled and quartered

1 tablespoon cognac

1 cup heavy cream, whipped

ª cup curaçao

Instructions:

In a medium bowl, marinate figs in the cognac for 30 minutes or longer.

Mix the cream and curaçao.

Fold in the figs and any cognac that they have not absorbed.

Serve immediately.
